First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Ludwig to Loan Operations Post Closing Lead. Ludwig, who has been with First Service Bank for five years, brings nearly 11 years of banking experience to her new roleโhaving worked on the front line as a teller, in deposit operations, check fraud prevention, and most recently, in loan operations.
In her previous position as Loan Processor II, Ludwig was responsible for boarding new loans into our core system, servicing existing loans, adding loan exceptions for outstanding items, and overseeing bankruptcy and deficiency judgments. She also handled invoices for appraisers, and lien searches and filings. Now, as the Loan Operations Post Closing Lead, Ludwig will lead the charge ensuring that loan files are reviewed for completeness, boarded into our core accurately, verify that security documents are filed to perfect our lien position timely, and perform monitoring functions throughout the life of the loan, while continuing to hold a high standard of service in loan operations.
โIโm truly grateful to have the opportunity and time to review loan files for accuracy and identify ways to improve our processes,โ said Ludwig. โFirst Service Bank has always supported my professional growth, and I look forward to helping my team members and branch staff better understand our systems, which ultimately benefits our customers.โ
โAshley has proven to be a tremendous asset to our Loan Operations team,โ said Kasey Jaracz, Vice President of Loan Operations at First Service Bank. โHer attention to detail, willingness to learn, and passion for improving processes perfectly align with our commitment to serving both our associates and our customers. Weโre excited to see how she will continue to elevate our team in her new role.โ
Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ludwig now resides in Bee Branch with her husband of nearly five years, Garrett, and their son, Easton. Ludwig graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, yet found her professional home in banking. Reflecting on her time at First Service Bank, she emphasizes the bankโs supportive environment and culture of fun. โUnlike my past experiences, I feel appreciated, seen, and heard. Leadership encourages growth, and the bankโs efforts to keep associates engagedโlike visits from the Hype Squad or our Summer Celebrationโmake a real difference,โ Ludwig noted.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Ludwig values First Service Bankโs community commitment. โFrom supporting our local veterans to participating in Operation Red, White, & Brave (ORWB), First Service Bank offers countless opportunities to serve the communities that have given us so much,โ she said. โIโm proud to be part of an organization that aligns with my values and helps make a real impact.โ
