First Service Bank is proud to announce that IvaNelle Meyer has rejoined the organization to support its Government-Guaranteed Lending Department. Meyer brings valuable experience in lending, including her previous role as a Loan Processor at First Service Bank for 1.5 years and her most recent position as a Commercial Loan Specialist at USDA Rural Development. In her new role, Meyer will prepare government-guaranteed loan applications and serve as a subject matter specialist for internal teams on program requirements and compliance.

Born in Mountain Home and raised in Mountain View, Arkansas, Meyer holds a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from College of the Ozarks (2021) and a master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Arkansas (2023). While at the University of Arkansas, she worked on a variety of finance-related research projects designed to support Arkansas farmers. Meyer notes that her passion for agriculture continues to drive her career in lending, with a goal of helping individuals and businesses grow and preserve agriculture in the state.
Meyer cites First Service Bank’s supportive culture as a key factor in her decision to return. “In my previous experience with FSB, everyone was so encouraging of one another’s goals and professional growth,” she said. “I’m honored to bring the knowledge and experience I gained while away back to this team. It’s especially meaningful that I can return to my hometown area of Mountain View and serve the very community that helped shape who I am.”
Outside of work, Meyer and her husband, Kobe—whom she has been married to for almost three years—attend EastSide Baptist Church in Mountain Home, Arkansas. They devote time to volunteering in both their church and local community, and they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child in June.
