First Service Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Justin Ellzey to Care Center Branch Manager, recognizing his outstanding performance, leadership, and dedication to customer care over the past two years.
A native of Greenbrier and graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Justin has been an integral part of First Service Bank’s Care Center team. He began his career as a Customer Care Specialist and most recently served as Assistant Branch Manager, where he handled VTM (Video Teller Machine) transactions, set up commercial online banking services, and managed mobile deposits and BillPay.
In his new role, Justin will oversee the Care Center team while continuing to deliver excellent service through the bank’s VTM technology and digital platforms. His leadership will help ensure a seamless, customer-first experience as First Service Bank continues to grow and expand its digital banking services, with a strong focus on quality assurance and consistently high service standards.
