January 20, 2026

First Service Bank is pleased to announce that Ellen Dukes Rackley has joined the organization as Branch Manager of its Saline County location. With 30 years of banking experience, Rackley brings a strong background in leadership, customer service, and community-focused banking.

Rackley’s banking career began in 1996, and she earned her first management role with Metropolitan National Bank in 1999. She has more than 25 years of experience in branch management, including the past 15 years serving customers in the Saline County market. Most recently, she served as Treasury Analyst Manager at Centennial Bank.

In her new role, Rackley will oversee daily operations of the Saline County branch while focusing on welcoming customers and ensuring they are fully connected to all the products, services, and digital tools First Service Bank offers.

“Getting customers plugged into everything First Service Bank provides is very important to me,” Rackley said. “I want each customer who walks into our Saline County branch to experience the full value of our services and feel confident they are supported.”

“Ellen brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a true servant’s heart to our Saline County branch,” said Brittany Witham, Vice President of Retail Operations. “Her commitment to integrity, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service aligns perfectly with our values at First Service Bank. We are excited to see the positive impact she will make in the community.”

A Little Rock native, Rackley currently resides in Benton with her husband and children.

Rackley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is an active member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, where she enjoys singing in the choir and participating in church activities.

Rackley said one of the key factors that influenced her decision to join First Service Bank was the organization’s commitment to integrity.

“One of First Service Bank’s core values is integrity. We are true to our word, grounded in our faith, and rooted in integrity,” she said. “After my first interview, I knew this was where I belonged.”

Looking ahead, Rackley is excited to meet customers and become more involved in community activities throughout Saline County, continuing her long-standing commitment to service and relationship-building.
