First Service Bank is proud to announce the election of its inaugural Maumelle Regional Board, comprised of distinguished business and community leaders dedicated to advancing growth and service in Central Arkansas. This newly established board reflects the bank’s commitment to building strong local partnerships and reinforcing its mission of service-centered banking.
Newly Elected Board Members:
- Deanna Brock– Retired Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer with First Service Bank, Deanna Brock combines her banking expertise with her role as co-developer of Brock Custom Homes. With deep ties to Maumelle and Conway, Deanna is committed to balancing financial growth with community development, providing a unique perspective to the board.
- Chad Gardner– A Maumelle resident since 2013, Chad Gardner owns Benefit Concepts of Arkansas, an insurance consulting firm serving businesses across the region. A Harding University graduate, Chad currently serves on the Maumelle City Council, where he has represented the community since 2019. He brings more than 25 years of business and civic leadership experience to the board
- Brandon Hines– Owner and operator of Hines Homes, Brandon Hines is passionate about developing communities that foster connection. With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Brandon leads his company alongside his wife, Kelly, while also serving as Executive Director of Hope Filled Homes, a nonprofit dedicated to providing critical home repairs.
- J. Eric Holloway, PE, PS– Owner and Principal Engineer of Holloway Engineering, Surveying & Civil Design, Eric Holloway has been shaping the infrastructure and growth of Central Arkansas for more than 40 years. A U.S. Army veteran, licensed Professional Engineer and Surveyor, and developer of Devoe Bend in Maumelle, Eric also serves as President of the White Oak Bayou Wetlands Conservancy, where he leads conservation and sustainable development initiatives.
- Connie Raley– Founder and owner of MGC Kids, Connie Raley has lived in Maumelle for 34 years and is deeply rooted in the community. A longtime leader in the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce and active supporter of local nonprofits, Connie has built a legacy of entrepreneurial success and community involvement. Her customer-focused mindset and dedication to service align closely with First Service Bank’s values.
- Lisa Holloway Sugg– Vice President with Crye-Leike Realtors in Maumelle, Lisa Sugg brings over 20 years of real estate experience and multiple industry honors, including recognition in Little Rock Soirée as one of the area’s Best Real Estate Agents. She has a long history of family involvement in Central Arkansas development, serves with numerous civic groups, and funds an annual scholarship for local students.
