First Service Bank Announces Promotion of Cheyenne Morrow

September 8, 2026

First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Cheyenne Morrow to Loan Assistant & Small Business and Consumer Loan Officer.

Morrow joined First Service Bank six months ago as a Government Guaranteed Loan Assistant and brings seven years of banking and financial experience to her expanded role. As Loan Assistant & Small Business and Consumer Loan Officer, she will continue assisting loan officers with loan operations while also working directly with customers to provide consumer and small business lending solutions.

“Cheyenne has quickly demonstrated her commitment to serving our customers and supporting our team,” said April Collins, Branch Manager in Mountain View. “She brings a genuine desire to help others succeed, and this new role gives her an opportunity to build even stronger relationships with the individuals and small businesses in the communities we serve. We are excited to see her continue to grow with First Service Bank.”

In her new position, Morrow looks forward to becoming more involved in the communities First Service Bank serves and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

“I am excited for the opportunity to help others pursue their financial dreams, whether that means starting their own business, building credit, or reaching another important financial milestone,” Morrow said. “I look forward to building lasting relationships with our customers and communities while representing who we are and what we stand for at First Service Bank.”

For Morrow, the opportunity to serve others is closely connected to what she values most about First Service Bank.

“I love First Service Bank’s core values because they align with my own passion for serving others and our great nation,” she said. “Our involvement in our local communities allows us to build strong, supportive relationships and make a personal impact on the customers and businesses we serve.”

A native of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Morrow currently resides in Big Flat. She and her husband, Troy, have been married for six years and have two children.

First Service Bank is proud to recognize Morrow’s promotion and looks forward to the continued impact she will make as she serves customers, supports local businesses, and builds relationships throughout the communities the bank serves.
