First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Hunter Watkins to Credit Analyst. Watkins joined the bank nearly a year ago as a Universal Banker and has now advanced into this new role as part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to developing internal talent.
In his previous role, Watkins supported customers with a variety of everyday banking needs and assisted with operational duties within the branch. In his new position as Credit Analyst, he will transition into a role within the bank’s lending area, where he will support the loan team through financial analysis and participation in internal review processes.
A Conway native, Watkins holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas. He is engaged to his fiancée, Raegan, and together they have a golden retriever, Ivy. As the oldest of four children, Watkins brings a strong sense of responsibility and leadership to his work.

In his new role, he is most excited about the opportunity for continued learning and professional growth, as well as the chance to serve both customers and the bank’s loan team in new ways.
