First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Nate Bartlett to Branch President and Senior Loan Officer. Bartlett, who joined the bank over four years ago, previously served as a Commercial Lender and Business Development Officer in Conway.
In his previous role, Bartlett was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and booking new commercial loans, as well as growing the deposit base through both personal and business accounts. He also played an active role in networking and community involvement to strengthen the First Service Bank presence in the Conway market.

We’re excited to see the continued impact he will make as he serves our customers and community.”
In his new position, Bartlett will oversee loan growth, deposit growth, and overall profitability of the Conway South branch, located at 540 United Dr. in Conway near Baptist Health Hospital. He will also continue building relationships throughout the Conway community to expand the bank’s customer base and impact.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arkansas Tech University and is currently attending the SMU Graduate School of Banking, with plans to graduate in June 2026. He and his wife, Jessica, have two children, Hayes and Kennedy.
Bartlett shared that his favorite part of working at First Service Bank is the culture. “The culture that has been built here is special. Looking ahead, Bartlett is excited about the opportunity to grow the Conway South branch. “I’m excited about helping expand our footprint so more people in the Conway community can experience First Service Bank and the exceptional service we provide. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as a leader and help guide our team in growth, community service, and continuing separating ourselves from the masses,” he added.
Bartlett also values the bank’s commitment to giving back through its partnership with the Operation Red, White, and Brave Foundation. “Through this initiative, we’ve been able to serve veterans in meaningful ways. Because of the sacrifices they have made for our freedoms, we feel called to do our part.”
