First Service Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Carrie King to Assistant Branch Manager in its Conway market. King joined First Service Bank in 2022 and most recently served as a Universal Banker.
In her previous role, King supported daily branch operations and assisted customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, wires, and opening a wide range of accounts, including checking, money market, and business accounts. She also played a key role in opening and closing the branch, greeting customers, and building strong relationships within the community.
As Assistant Branch Manager, King will assist the Conway market in reaching deposit goals, lead community outreach efforts, support Branch Manager Justin Welter, oversee daily branch operations, and continue strengthening relationships with both existing and new customers while supporting the associate team.

Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, King currently resides in Conway, Arkansas. She is a graduate of Conway High School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pets—two cats and a dog—and is especially close with her mother, who also lives in Conway.
