First Service Bank Promotes Hayes Johnson to Project Manager

First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Hayes Johnson to Project Manager. Johnson, has been with the bank for four and a half years and most recently served as a Universal Banker. In his previous role, he was responsible for opening accounts, processing customer transactions, promoting bank products, and building relationships within the community. He also served as a Customer Care Specialist prior to becoming a Universal Banker.

โ€œIโ€™m excited to take on this new position and continue my journey at First Service Bank,โ€ said Johnson. โ€œWhat excites me most about being a Project Manager is the opportunity to lead projects and collaborate with different teams to drive results. Iโ€™m looking forward to taking on more responsibility and contributing to the bankโ€™s success by overseeing initiatives that can have a lasting impact.โ€

In his new role, Johnson will develop project plans outlining tasks and timelines, manage relationships with external vendors, and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency. He brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the position, including a background in accounting studies at the University of Central Arkansas and hands-on customer service expertise from his previous responsibilities at the bank.

Born in Little Rock and currently residing in Greenbrier, Arkansas, Johnson is engaged and looking forward to his upcoming wedding. โ€œFamily is really important to me,โ€ he noted. โ€œIโ€™m excited to embark on this new chapter in my personal life while continuing to grow professionally.โ€

Johnson first joined First Service Bank in 2019 after graduating from Greenbrier High School.
