First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ireland Green to Digital Marketing Manager, recognizing her creativity, dedication, and growing impact on the bank’s digital presence and communications.
Green joined First Service Bank as a Marketing Assistant, where she helped create social media, website, and advertising content to educate customers on the bank’s products and services. She also managed monthly newsletters for the Travel Club, Operation Red, White and Brave Foundation, and the Board of Directors, while supporting internal communications and assisting with major bank events.
In her new role, Green will continue expanding her expertise across digital platforms while working with the marketing team to create engaging, customer-focused content.

Green was born in Lavaca, Arkansas, and currently resides in Conway. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas and is engaged to Jack Starnes.
