First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Mandi Sullivant to Government Guaranteed Loan Specialist II. In her new role, Sullivant will continue supporting government guaranteed lending operations while expanding her responsibilities to include managing construction draws for government guaranteed construction loans and training new team members.
Sullivant has been with First Service Bank for four years and previously served as a Government Guaranteed Loan Specialist and Loan Assistant. She began her career with the bank as a Universal Banker, later advancing to an in-house loan assistant before moving into the government guaranteed lending department. Throughout her tenure, she has managed poultry grower accounts, processed feed, pullet, and operations invoices, handled survey and environmental invoices prior to loan closing, managed post-closing loan fees and mortgage releases, completed in-house renewals, and reviewed insurance policies for government guaranteed loans.
Julie Chambers, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Government Guaranteed Lending at First Service Bank, said, “Mandi’s knowledge of our processes and her commitment to accuracy and customer service make her an integral part of our government guaranteed lending team. Her ability to take on additional responsibilities while mentoring others will strengthen our department and enhance the service we provide to our customers.”
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Sullivant now resides in Mountain View with her husband and has two daughters.
Sullivant is passionate about the role First Service Bank plays in supporting poultry growers and small business owners. “I love that we have the opportunity to go to our customers rather than them having to travel to us,” she said. “This really sets us apart and helps strengthen relationships while making the experience more personal. First Service Bank actively supports people who are building from the ground up, and I love being a part of that.”
In her new position, Sullivant looks forward to continuing her professional growth and taking on a leadership role within the department. “This opportunity allows me to continue building relationships with our customers while stepping into a lead role on our team,” she said. “First Service Bank gave me an opportunity without hesitation, and I am grateful to be part of a team that supports me every day.”
