First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Mary Dover to Branch Manager of its Maumelle location.
Mary, who brings more than 15 years of banking experience, previously served as a Collections Officer, where she was responsible for loss mitigation and recovery activities, including collateral inspections on cattle and floor plans. Before joining First Service Bank, she also gained valuable leadership experience as a branch manager for another financial institution.
As Branch Manager, Mary will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team dedicated to serving the financial needs of the Maumelle community. Her responsibilities also include driving branch goals, developing staff, managing customer relationships, and representing the bank through community engagement.

A North Little Rock native, Mary began her banking career as a part-time teller while attending college to study social work and interdisciplinary studies. Discovering a passion for banking, she has steadily advanced through the industry.
Mary lives in Maumelle with her fiancé and their blended family, which includes an 11-year-old daughter, a 10-year-old son, and three energetic dogs. She and her fiancé plan to marry this December.
