Glass joined First Service Bank nearly two years ago as a Credit Analyst, where he assessed borrowers’ repayment abilities based on comprehensive debt and income data. With 11 years of experience in banking, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas, and a history of professional growth and community involvement, Glass is well-positioned to thrive as a Project Manager.

Born and raised in Conway, Arkansas, Glass currently resides there with his wife, Kalli, to whom he has been married for two years.
