First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Peyton Tarno to Senior Electronic Disputes Specialist, recognizing her experience, leadership, and continued commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
Tarno has been with First Service Bank for four years, previously serving as a Deposit Operations Specialist. In that role, she primarily handled debit card disputes and garnishments and assisted with ACH transactions and wire services as needed. She also previously served as a Universal Banker at the Greenbrier branch, gaining valuable frontline banking experience.
In her new role as Senior Electronic Disputes Specialist, Tarno will continue managing electronic dispute responsibilities while stepping into a leadership position focused on improving and enhancing dispute processes. Her work will include strengthening internal procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping create a more efficient and supportive experience for both customers and bank staff.
“Peyton has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to improve the customer experience,” said Brittany Witham, Vice President of Retail Operations. “Her knowledge of electronic disputes and her willingness to step into a leadership role make her a great fit for this position. We are confident she will continue to make a positive impact for our customers and our team.”
“This new position gives me the opportunity to apply my growing knowledge to improve and streamline the dispute process for everyone involved,” said Tarno. “I understand that disputes can be stressful for customers, and I hope to create a more thoughtful and supportive experience that leaves them confident their dispute was handled thoroughly and with care.”
Tarno is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University and brings more than 4.5 years of banking experience to her new position. She was born in Texarkana, Texas, and grew up in Nashville, Arkansas. She currently resides in Plumerville.
She says strong leadership and opportunities for growth have shaped her time at First Service Bank. “I’ve had the opportunity to work in different roles here, and across each one, I’ve consistently admired the leadership. The support, trust, and emphasis on work-life balance from leaders at every level have made this a place where I’ve been able to grow, stay engaged, and truly enjoy my work.”
She also values First Service Bank’s deep commitment to community involvement. “FSB is a pillar of the communities it serves, and that commitment is something I deeply admire. The focus on giving back is consistent and sincere, and it’s something I’m proud to be part of.”
First Service Bank congratulates Peyton Tarno on her promotion and looks forward to the continued impact she will make in her new role.
