GREENBRIER, ARKANSAS – First Service Bank, a full-service bank with 10 locations across Arkansas today announced the promotion of Libby Pledger to Mortgage Loan Officer.
Pledger made her mark in the year she’s been with First Service Bank, serving as a Mortgage Loan Assistant. Her well-deserved promotion to Mortgage Loan Officer will allow her to connect more directly with customers to help them determine what type of product best suits them for purchasing a home, refinancing, or building a home.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to meet new people and to learn their stories,” Pledger said. “Being able to help customers make one of the largest and most important decisions in their life is a lot of pressure, with high reward.”
The Russellville native said she enjoys working at First Service Bank and appreciates that she is valued as an employee.

Pledger holds two degrees; she graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in health promotion, after which she earned an associate’s degree in occupational therapy from Arkansas Tech University.
She and her husband are “pet parents” to two dogs and now call Little Rock home.
