A native of Benton, Arkansas, Eoff previously served as a Senior Vice President at a local bank and has been involved in the banking industry since 2018. As Market President, he will focus on continuing First Service Bank’s efforts to serve local businesses, families, and communities across the region.

Eoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis on Banking from Arkansas State University and is also a recent graduate of a professional development program in his field. A devoted family man, he has been married to his wife, Megan, for ten years, and they share a seven-year-old son named Sawyer. Active in the local community, Eoff is a member of First Baptist Church Benton, serves as the President of the Twood 4-ball golf event, and sits on the board of First Tee of Central Arkansas.
When asked about what drives him in his career, Eoff highlights his desire to help people realize their goals—whether building a dream home or launching a new business venture. His longstanding ties to the Saline County community make him especially committed to serving and giving back to the area.
