First Service Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Ireland Green as its new Marketing Assistant. Green, who graduated in December 2024 from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, brings fresh ideas and a passion for community involvement to the bank’s marketing team.
Green most recently served as a Client Success Specialist intern at Dave Creek Media, where she honed her skills by coordinating with clients to establish goals and develop strategies for achieving them. “I wanted to be part of a company that strives to serve and meet the needs of those in our community, and I wanted to gain more knowledge of the banking industry,” said Green. “I believe First Service Bank’s family-oriented culture and commitment to growing employees’ skill sets is the perfect environment for me to learn and contribute.”
In her new role, Green will work collaboratively with the First Service Bank marketing team, helping to plan and organize upcoming projects. She will assist in designing and creating content, ensuring projects remain on schedule and are effectively managed. Green looks forward to giving back to local communities and is particularly inspired by the bank’s mission to support veterans through Operation Red, White & Brave.

A native of Lavaca, Arkansas, Green now resides in Conway. She is an active member of Woodland Heights Baptist Church and the Conway Baptist Collegiate Ministry at UCA. Her family includes her parents, Cory and Melissa, and her brother, Baylor.
