First Service Bank is pleased to announce that Megan Crist has joined the Mortgage Lending team. Crist brings 16 years of banking and lending experience to her new role, having most recently served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at another financial institution. She will focus on mortgage lending and business development in the Saline County market.

Crist, a native of Bryant, Arkansas, where she resides with her husband, Cody, and their two children, Keelan (10) and Ava (6). She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in business management, emphasizing Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She is actively involved in her community, serving as board president of CASA of Saline County, treasurer of the Bryant Elementary PTO, and a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Bryant.
Reflecting on her career path, Crist explains how she discovered her passion for banking and lending: “I started as a teller during my college years, not initially expecting a long-term career in banking, but I soon realized how much I loved the industry. Over the years, I’ve moved from branch management to retail lending, and finally into mortgage lending. I’m excited to bring that experience to First Service Bank, where I can continue helping families become homeowners and support the growth of Saline County.”
