First Service Bank is pleased to announce that Scott Todd has joined the bank as Vice President of Strategy and Growth. In his new role, Todd will lead the bank’s Mortgage Team and assist with special projects as assigned.
Todd brings 22 years of banking experience to First Service Bank. He previously served as Arkansas Mortgage Production Manager for First Horizon Bank, where he managed a staff of loan officers across multiple locations throughout the state.
A native of Pine Bluff, Todd now resides in Greenbrier with his wife, Chelsea, and their two sons, Hudson and Tucker, who both attend Greenbrier Public Schools. He attended the University of Central Arkansas and earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional Designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America in 2020.
Todd is actively involved in his community through New Life Church in Greenbrier and serves on the State Junior Achievement Board.
“My mother worked for a bank her entire career and my father served on a credit union board when I was growing up, so banking is in my blood,” Todd shared. “I started as a part-time teller at 23, and 22 years later, I’m honored to continue this journey with First Service Bank. I’ve long admired the bank, especially Robin Hackett, and when she approached me about joining the team, it was an easy decision. I’m also excited to live and work in the same town. After years of commuting to Little Rock, a six-minute drive is a nice change.”
