First Service spotlights Justin Welter

April 24, 2023

As the recently named Conway branch manager, Justin Welter is eager to help First Service Bank customers with their financial needs.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Justin earned a bachelor of business administration degree. โ€œI chose the banking profession because I wanted to help people reach their financial goals,โ€ he said.

Justin has worked three years in the banking industry, with the last year at First Service Bank. He served as the assistant branch manager in Conway prior to his recent promotion to branch manager.

In his new role, Justin oversees the day-to-day activities of retail staff at both Conway locations. He is also responsible for deposit growth and new business relationships. Justin works to increase the First Service Bankโ€™s exposure and public awareness through community involvement.

โ€œWhile I have only been the branch manager for a short while, I have big goals for Conway,โ€ he said. โ€œI have an excellent team and we are excited to grow our Conway locations and make First Service Bank the bank everyone is talking about.โ€

Born in Little Rock, Justin lives in Conway, where he serves on the board and is the current secretary for the Childrenโ€™s Advocacy Alliance and part of the 2023 Conway Area Leadership Institute (CALI). His special interests are โ€œanything related to the water,โ€ including spending time at the beach, a lake, river or pool.

Justin said it was โ€œthe people, atmosphere and community involvementโ€ which drew him to First Service Bank. โ€œThe people are the best part of working for First Service Bank,โ€ he said. โ€œEveryone is like a big family and always willing to help out in any way.โ€
