First, double-check that your username is entered correctly. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Care Center at 501-679-8000. We are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

If you’re locked out of your account, you have two options:

1. Call our Customer Care Center at 501-679-8000 during our operating hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM).
2. Alternatively, you can reset your password online. On the login page, click on “Having problems? Let us help.” located under the username field.

To make an external transfer, follow these steps:

1. Set up the external account through your Online Banking (OLB).
2. Verify the account and routing numbers.
3. Confirm the micro-deposits made to the external account to complete the verification process.

Once you’re set up for eStatements, you can view them through Online Banking:

1. Go to Accounts.
2. Select Documents.
3. Click on Statements.
4. Choose the statement you wish to view.

To order checks:

1. Log in to your Online Banking (OLB)
2. Navigate to Self-Service
3. Select Secure Messaging
4. Select Service Requests
5. Choose Reorder Checks

If you’ve lost your debit card, take immediate action:

1. Contact our Customer Care Center at 501-679-8000 (Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM).
2. If you have another First Service Bank Debit Card, you can also call the number on the back of that card to deactivate it.
3. Alternatively, you can turn off the lost card through the “Card Controls” feature in our mobile app.
