For business partners Harry Schneider and Ronnie Mills, it’s First Service Bank’s employees and their commitment to customer service that impress them the most.
Both men are co-owners of HRS Construction Inc. and Millco Enterprises Inc. They have been First Service customers for about six years.
Ronnie, who lives in Conway, said First Service delivers “good old-fashioned” type of personalized customer service. “They are so easy to work with,” he said, adding he likes that the bank is owned locally. “They’ve always got my back.”
Harry, who lives in Greenbrier, is highly complimentary of the bank leadership, including president and chief executive officer Tom Grumbles, bank director Jim Hawks and chief mortgage officer/chief operations officer Robin Hackett. He also commends the associates at the Greenbrier location, where he does most of his banking, for their “great job.”
“They will help me with anything,” he said, adding he has received assistance from loans to retail banking business.
Ronnie, who is in the bank two or three times most days, agreed with Harry and described First Service associates as “amazing.”
“They are always willing to help you,” he said. “First Service has a good group of people.”
Ronnie said when individuals contact the business about construction work that they encourage them to bank at First Service. “They are good to us as well as to our customers,” he added.
“Everybody at First Service has been great,” Harry said. “They do a good job for us and help us in any way they can.”
