New Care Center manager named

October 5, 2023

Brittni Adlong has been promoted to Care Center manager at First Service Bank.

Brittni, who previously served as an assistant branch manager, has worked at First Service for six years. โ€œI will be joining a new team with new responsibilities,โ€ she said. โ€œMy day to day will be different, but I hope to continue to offer the same leadership to the team and commitment to the customer.โ€

In her new role, Brittni is most excited to continue to grow her career. โ€œThis is a huge step and I do not take it lightly. I have put a lot of thought in the move,โ€ she said. โ€œThere are amazing people on my current team and my new team. I hope to be the leader they need.โ€

In May 2017, Brittni joined First Service Bank as a part-time drive-thru universal banker. โ€œTwo short months later, I went full-time in the lobby,โ€ she said. โ€œI have worked my way to the lead universal banker and then assistant manager with lending.โ€

Born in Little Rock, Brittni grew up in the Mount Vernon-Enola area. She attended Arkansas Tech University. She and her husband, Justin, have a daughter and live in Greenbrier.

Reflecting on her work at FSB and what she likes most, Brittni cited the bankโ€™s work environment. โ€œI love the atmosphere of First Service Bank. I spend most of my time at work and this is my second family,โ€ she said.

First Service Bankโ€™s commitment to the communities it serves is also important to Brittni. โ€œFirst Service Bank has a big presence in the community. This position will provide opportunities for me to work with our local school presence, sports, and businesses in the area,โ€ she said. โ€œFSB has a huge impact on the community we serve. This is so important to me because in the future my little girl will be a part of the school. I want her to be taken care of and supported in everything she does. I believe FSB will play a big part in that.โ€

First Service Bank, with its headquarters in Faulkner County, has been in operation for more than 60 years and has locations in Clinton, Conway, Dermott, Flippin, Greenbrier, Little Rock, Mountain View, Shirley and Yellville. Another location is planned in Maumelle. For more information, visit firstservicebank.com.
