GREENBRIER, ARKANSAS – First Service Bank, a full-service bank with 10 locations across Central Arkansas announced the rehiring of Rachelle Eason in the position of Audit and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) officer, a position involving managing and administrating visits from independent state and federal auditors. Eason will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing responses to audits.
“I’m excited about learning all things BSA to protect the bank’s interests,” Eason shared. “I feel like this is a never-ending learning opportunity since BSA is such a broad field.”
Eason said she’s always been impressed with First Service Bank’s community involvement and family atmosphere, two aspects of the bank’s core values that inspired her to want to rejoin the team.
“I also love numbers and I love helping people. Banking gives me the ability to do both,” she added.
The Osceola-born Eason graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Dietetics/Nutrition. She has been in the banking industry for six years.
Eason and her husband of 15 years live in Conway and are “dog parents” to two sweet pit bulls, Sarge and Sugar.
