Operation Red, White, and Brave (ORWB) is proud to extend a helping hand to veterans, active military members, and their families.
The ORWB Foundation has launched an online nomination form to collect requests for individuals with special needs or wishes requiring financial or physical assistance. The form, available at firstservicebank.com/orwb, is simple to complete with just eight questions, including the nominee’s name, their need or wish, and why they should be considered.
“Our mission is to celebrate and assist those who have served or are currently serving, along with their loved ones,” said Rebecca Barnard, board chairman. “We understand that needs arise, and we want to help wherever we can.”
Nominations will be carefully reviewed by the ORWB Foundation, with a commitment to fulfilling as many requests as possible.
A Mission Rooted in Patriotism
Founded in 2020, ORWB reflects one of First Service Bank’s core values: patriotism. The initiative began with an ambitious goal—to raise $80,000 to build a home for a veteran. Since then, ORWB has broadened its mission to support more veterans and active military members in need.
In addition to raising funds through customer donations and special projects, the First Service Bank team provides volunteer support. The bank matches every dollar raised, doubling the impact of community contributions.
How You Can Help
Rebecca Barnard encourages the community to spread the word. “If you know a veteran, military member, or their family in need or with a special wish, please direct them to us. We’re honored to provide support.”

“It is a privilege to serve those who have sacrificed so much to protect the freedoms we hold dear,” said Rebecca.
