Justin Welter has been named branch manager for the Conway locations of First Service Bank.

Justin has three years of experience in the banking industry and has worked at First Service for about nine months. He previously served as the assistant branch manager for Conway.
“The employees are the best part about FSB,” Justin said. “Everyone is like a big extended family.”
In his new position, Justin will manage the two Conway locations with a goal of increasing First Service Bank’s percentage in the market. “I am most excited about the opportunity to grow the Conway branches and make First Service Bank the number one bank that people recommend,” Justin said of his new role.
“This new position will offer so many opportunities to serve not only our existing customers through daily interactions within the bank but also the ability to be a bigger part of the community. It allows me to continue to serve as a board member for the Children’s Advocacy Alliance and find new opportunities where I can be a bigger part of making Conway great.”
Justin earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas. Born in Little Rock, he now lives in Conway.
Justin said First Service is making a difference in many ways in Conway and the other communities it serves. “It may be as simple as lending the FSB community grill out for events or sponsoring events in this community that make a lasting impact,” he said. “It is important to me because I want to know that my employer wants to give back to this community as much as I do.”
