First Service Bank Promotes Kasey Jaracz 

to Loan Operations Assistant Manager

GREENBRIER, ARKANSAS – First Service Bank, a full-service bank with 10 locations across Arkansas announced the promotion of Kasey Jaracz to Loan Operations Assistant Manager.

Jaracz has been with FSB for 8 years and has been in banking for more than 22 years. She most recently held the position of Loan Operations Lead, providing support to the Loan Processors through the loan documentation process. 

In her new role, Jaracz will help manage FSB’s Loan Operations Center. She’ll continue to assist Loan Processors while focusing on improving the processes to better service the bank’s loan customers.

“I’m thrilled to be in the position to help lead the team in more areas,” said Jaracz, who holds a Business Administration in Management degree from Davenport University (Dearborn, Michigan). “I’m equally excited that I’ll be able to gain more knowledge about new and existing programs and have greater involvement in decisions that will directly and positively impact First Service Bank’s customers.”

Jaracz was born in Newport, Arkansas, and now makes her home in Conway, along with her husband and two sons.
