First Service Bank Promotes Bethany Hoyt to Assistant Branch Manager

GREENBRIER, ARKANSAS – First Service Bank, a full-service bank with 10 locations across Central Arkansas today announced the promotion of Bethany Hoyt to Assistant Branch Manager at the bank’s Marion County branch.

Hoyt, who previously served as Lead Universal Banker, will now oversee day-to-day bank activities at the branch and work to uphold the bank’s culture and mission, all with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

We know our customers and take pride in being a part of their lives and community,” Hoyt said. “I’m also excited to take on this role as it will enable me to serve my coworkers by helping them achieve and exceed branch performance standards.” 

Hoyt calls her colleagues at FSB her second family. 

“I love feeling like I’m coming to work with family every day. We are all part of the same team and it’s nice to know you’ve got that support around you,” she said.

An Arkansas native, Hoyt was born and raised in Mountain Home and attended North Arkansas Community College. She has been employed with First Service Bank since 2008, beginning as a part time teller and advancing to a fulltime teller/CSR in 2011. Hoyt and her husband, Timothy, have two children and live in Snow, AR just outside of Yellville.
