GREENBRIER, ARKANSAS – First Service Bank, a full-service bank with 10 locations across Central Arkansas today announced the hiring of banking industry veteran, Brandy S. Harris, to the Audit & Compliance team.

Harris brings her expertise as a Regulatory Lending Auditor to her new role with the bank. In the position, she will serve as liaison to examiners, as well as point-of-contact for First Service Bank’s employees in keeping them apprised of regulation changes and updates.  

Harris said she’s thrilled to be working for a company that believes in investing in their employees and puts customers first. In fact, it was her experience as a First Service Bank customer that made her aware of what she describes as a “family friendly” atmosphere.

“Knowing each customer’s name when they visit says a lot, but also knowing what’s important to them (like their child or pet’s name) says more,” Harris shared. “The satisfaction I get from working in this profession comes from making a difference in just one life, whether it’s bringing a smile to a fellow employee to assisting in identifying an issue that would save a customer’s account.”

The graduate of Arkansas State – Jonesboro was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas, and now calls Austin, Arkansas home. Harris is married to an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force. The couple has two children, Jacob and Mattison, and recently had the joy of celebrating their son, Jacob’s marriage.
