GREENBRIER, ARKANSAS – First Service Bank, a full-service bank with 10 locations across Arkansas today announced the promotion of April Collins to Branch Manager. Collins’ colleague, Rose Housley, will take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager. Both associates work at the bank’s Clinton Banking Center.
In addition to overseeing personnel and ensuring smooth operations at the branch, Collins, who has been with First Service Bank since 2011, will also be focusing on growing the customer base and expanding the branch’s community involvement.

This is important to me because I have a child in school, and I’m friends with local law enforcement officers – plus my father-in-law owns a small business himself. Housley, who joined the bank in 2020, is equally enthused about her new position, in which she’ll be responsible for overseeing superior customer service and managing staffing procedures.
“I am very excited to have the opportunity that allows me to take on more responsibility to progress my career in the banking world,” said the Harrison, AR native. “I am excited to become a strong leader not only for myself, but for my coworkers as well.”
Collins, who is married with two children, attended the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton and Pulaski Tech. Housley, who is married with one child, is currently pursuing an associate degree from North Arkansas College.
