Justin C. Welter has joined the First Service Bank team as assistant Conway branch manager.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Justin has worked in the banking industry for about two years. He previously was the financial relationship senior consultant-team lead at Regions Bank.

“I have always had a passion for working with people, especially in the financial field,” said Justin. “After years of working in the automobile industry, I was drawn to the banking profession. I knew I could help people reach their financial goals and be financially secure.”

Justin will manage the daily operations of the Conway location.

“While working in the banking industry in the same market as First Service Bank, I heard amazing things about the way business was done and the excellent customer service that was provided,” Justin said. “After talking with several of the bank employees before and after the interview process, I could immediately tell that First Service Bank was the place I wanted to call home.”

Conway branch manager Courtney Magie is excited about adding Justin to the team. “Having lived here most of his adult life, he brings great knowledge of the Conway market and valuable relationships that will help First Service Bank customers and the Conway community as a whole,” she said. “His prior knowledge of banking and his passion for people add so much to our day-to-day life in our branches, and I’m excited to watch this team grow with his leadership.”

Born in Little Rock, Justin lived in Morrilton and later in Greenbrier, where he attended high school. “My mother is originally from Greenbrier and my father Morrilton so my whole family is in the 501,” he said. “I am very excited to connect with the customer base in the area and grow those personal relationships. I can’t wait to continue contributing to the community through First Service Bank.”

Justin now lives in Conway. He has served his local community as a board member for the Children’s Advocacy Alliance for four years.
