First Service Bank recently promoted Tina Jones to a government-guaranteed loan specialist.

“Tina has been a strong part of our team, she helped us open our Mountain View office and has led the team there for many years.  We are excited that we get to keep Tina on our team as she has made a transition to Northwest Arkansas where she will work remotely as a government-guaranteed loan specialist,” said Tom Grumbles, CEO, and president.

Tina recently moved to Northwest Arkansas, where she will be based. 

In her new position, Tina is most excited about the opportunity to meet new people and help them pursue their dreams. “I feel there are endless opportunities in NWA to be involved in the community and support those in need,” she said.

Tina, who has worked for First Service for 17 years, will serve as a commercial lender and support the bank’s government-guaranteed lending team. She previously worked as a branch manager and loan officer managing daily operations for the bank’s Mountain View location.

A Mountain View native, Tina attended Ozarka College and has completed Arkansas Banking Association banking and lending courses. She is a Small Business Administration and Farm Service Agency certified lender. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, with 17 years in managerial positions and 15 years in consumer/commercial/agriculture lending.
