Michelle, who previously worked as a lead universal banker at First Service, will continue to oversee daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer experiences. In her new role, she will also continue to develop customer relationships while being a strong leader for the branch and customers. In addition, she will assist the manager in any way needed to ensure community outreach and outstanding customer service.

“Michelle has been an outstanding force in our Little Rock marketing and we are honored to have her in this new leadership role.  Her customers love her and she exemplifies our core values.  She is part of what makes us #firstservicestrong” said Robin Hackett, chief operations officer

Michelle has 13 years of banking experience. “I’ve been fortunate to serve within the Little Rock market, learning both the personal and commercial aspects of the banking needs of our community,” she said. “I’m excited that as a team we are raising the level of excellent, caring service to the people of Little Rock to new heights.”

Michelle, who has worked for nearly six years for First Service, enjoys most the “caring community and family atmosphere” at the bank.

“First Service Bank truly does care about its employees, customers and their needs,” she said. “I love how we help our veterans through Operation Red, White and Brave. We also help the environment by planting trees for Earth Day with Maumelle Tree Planting. FSB is proud to partner with the local schools and their communities.”

A Little Rock native, Michelle and her husband, Bryan, have been married 36 years and live at Wye Mountain. Their family includes their son, Brandon, and his wife, Luz, and another son, Joshua, and his wife, Tiffannie. Michelle and Bryan have three grandchildren, with two more on the way.

“I enjoy working with people,” Michelle said. “In my new role, I look forward to assisting our customers to reach their personal and professional goals set for themselves, their families and their companies.”
