Dustin Jones has joined First Service Bank as an, compliance and CRA officer.
In his position, Dustin will facilitate the bank’s audit program, review reports and track findings. He also will assist First Service in maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices while evaluating the bank’s CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) performance and activities.

Dustin’s 17 years of experience in the financial industry includes previous bank management and serving as a compliance officer.
“I love the world of compliance,” said Dustin. “After several years in banking, I found my niche in regulation and analyzing all the pieces that make banking what it is today. It is a fascinating industry.”
Dustin added that First Service offers products and services that assist customers in reaching financial goals and dreams. “It is an awesome industry and really becomes fulfilling when helping people to better themselves, have financial security and improve their community.”
His new role at First Service affords Dustin an opportunity to return to banking in his local community, something he is looking forward to. “The bank has the opportunity to really make a great impact on the community,” he said. “I can be a part of that by assisting the bank in quality ethics and integrity.”
Dustin earned a bachelor of arts degree in Bible with a minor in pastoral studies from Central Baptist College. Born in Searcy, Dustin lives in Vilonia with his wife, Kate, and their two sons, Reece and Bennett.
