Kasey Jaracz has been promoted to loan operations manager at First Service Bank.
In her new role, Kasey will manage the daily operations of loan processing for the financial institution. “I am excited to be able to play an even bigger part of leading the loan operations team while First Service Bank continues to grow,” she said.
“My new position gives me the opportunity to lead the implementation of new processes to enhance our efficiency, which will ultimately give the bank the opportunity to provide our great service to more communities.”
Kasey, who has worked at First Service Bank for nearly 10 years, previously served as assistant manager of loan operations, loan processor and loan operations lead.
“First Service Bank is my home away from home,” Kasey said, describing what she enjoys most about her work. “This is the place I get to come to daily to oversee a team that works diligently to ensure our borrowers’ loans go smoothly.”
A native of Newport, Kasey and her husband, Michael, were high school sweethearts and have been married for 17 years. They have two sons.
Kasey earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in management from Davenport University in Dearborn, MI. She has 25 years of work experience in the banking industry. “I worked as a teller and a statement printer while in college,” she said. “I moved on to retail management after obtaining my degree and later to loan operations.”
Kasey has seen firsthand the impact that First Service has had in the communities it serves. “I’ve been a witness to First Service Bank making dreams of so many come true, from financing the construction of their dream home to adding further financing to the needs of their small business, just to name a few.
“It’s a good feeling to be a part of an institution that puts a smile on so many faces.”
