Michael Manley has been promoted to the position of senior credit analyst at First Service Bank.
“Michael is a vital asset to our team and we are excited to grow with him as he leads in his new position,” said Kasey Jaracz, loan operations manager.
Michael formerly served as a credit analyst in charge of conducting cash flow analysis and utilizing other methods to complete credit analysis on commercial loans. “As a senior credit analyst, I will take on more complex commercial loan packages and utilize more advanced methods of underwriting and analyzing financial information to better assess potential deals,” he said.
In his new role, Michael looks forward to working closely with other analysts and learning more about his craft. “FSB separates itself from the masses and the opportunities that come with the new position motivate me to strive for the same level of excellence,” he said. “With this opportunity, I hope to continue to influence the quality of credit analysis and play an integral role in credit decision-making.”
A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor of science degree in biology, Michael has eight years of management experience. He has worked at First Service Bank for a year and a half.
Michael said it is “the environment of superior service and growth” that he enjoys most at First Service Bank. “You can do your job well and be recognized for that. I love that we are growing rapidly, which allows motivated individuals the opportunity to advance to the next level of their careers.”
Born in Little Rock, Michael lives in Conway with his wife, Amanda, and their two sons.
Michael said he enjoys working for a financial institution that makes a local impact while affording associates an opportunity to get involved in community events. “We are constantly pushing the standard forward by being involved with our communities and giving back,” he said.
