In his former capacity as Vice President & Sr. Loan Officer, Pledger effectively managed a loan portfolio and played a pivotal role in growing deposits in the Central Arkansas market. With his promotion to Little Rock Market President, Pledger's responsibilities expand to overseeing the growth of the First Service Bank brand while spearheading efforts to drive loan and deposit. Additionally, Pledger will be responsible for developing and leading a team that strategically executes commercial and retail production and profitability goals for the Little Rock Market.

In addition to his experience with 10+ years in banking, Pledger's dedication and contributions to First Service Bank have been significant. Since joining the bank in July of 2019, he has held various positions, including Business Development/Loan Officer and Vice President and Sr. Loan Officer. His wealth of knowledge and expertise in the banking industry, combined with his commitment to exceptional customer service, have consistently positioned him as a valuable asset to the organization and a trusted advisor to customers.

A Little Rock native, Pledger holds a degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Arkansas State University. With ten years of experience in the banking industry, he brings a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping businesses thrive.
