Ashley Moore has been named marketing and visual design manager at First Service Bank.
“Congratulations to Ashley Moore on her well-deserved promotion to the Marketing and Visual Design Manager role at First Service Bank. Her exceptional skills, creativity, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team. Ashley's talent for combining strategic marketing expertise with a keen eye for visually captivating designs is truly remarkable. With her leadership, I am confident that our marketing efforts will reach new heights and leave a lasting impact on our brand. Ashley Moore is a true driving force behind our success, and we are thrilled to have her leading our marketing and visual design initiatives,” said Jon Patrom, VP of marketing.
Ashley, whose previous position at the bank was mortgage and marketing assistant, will be responsible for all aspects of visual design and brand identity for First Service. “I have been a graphic designer for the bank since 2015, through an independent contract, to create all promotional and marketing material,” said Ashley, who has more than 25 years of graphic design and marketing experience. She has worked full-time at FSB for about a year.
“FSB is an exceptional place to work. The management cares about and values the team all while facilitating an encouraging, supportive environment that feels like family…because it is family,” Ashley said. “I appreciate the positive atmosphere and count it a blessing to be a part of this team!”
Ashley grew up in El Dorado and moved to Magnolia to attend Southern Arkansas University, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in graphic design. In 1998, she began her career in marketing and graphic design. As her work evolved as a freelancer, Ashley taught graphic design and marketing on secondary and post-secondary levels for many years.
“Most recently, I have worked in a marketing/graphic design capacity while also assisting the incredible mortgage department at FSB,” she said. “I am thrilled to now be able to invest all my knowledge, skill and creativity to make First Service Bank shine!”
In her new role, Ashley looks forward to focusing solely on marketing and graphic design to tell the First Service story. “FSB is growing and on the move,” she said. “As we continue to expand into new markets across the state, I am excited to have a part in introducing new communities and future customers to our family, our brand and our mission to serve because, ‘Together, we are #firstservicestrong!’”
Ashley and her family moved to Conway 10 years ago. She and her husband, David, have two sons, Avery and Ayden.
Ashley recognizes the important role that First Service plays in the communities it serves. “From our Operation Red, White and Brave Foundation to the many other ways FSB partners with the communities we serve, our bank and associates work diligently to help with action not just words,” Ashley said. “Our associates go out into the community and serve in countless ways. I am grateful to be a part of an organization that is committed to being a positive, trusted and wholesome influence.”
