In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for overseeing projects related to the bank’s core provider, including the Horizon XE Project, collaborating with key partners, and ensuring that First Service Bank remains equipped with the necessary tools to excel in the banking industry.

Sarah Allen brings over six years of dedicated service to First Service Bank, having joined the institution in 2017 as the Lead Teller at Conway North. Her exceptional leadership skills and commitment to excellence led to her rapid advancement to the role of Care Center Branch Manager, where she skillfully managed a team of 14 individuals, oversaw Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the First Service Bank VTM fleet.
