First Service Bank Welcomes Destiny Lankford as Business Development Officer

First Service Bank is delighted to announce the newest addition to our team, Destiny Lankford, who has assumed the role of Business Development Officer for our Conway market. With 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Destiny brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community involvement, making her a valuable asset to our organization.

Before joining First Service Bank, Destiny served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Centennial Bank, where she honed her skills in mortgage lending and customer relations. Destiny's background in public relations, with a Bachelor's degree from Arkansas Tech University, has equipped her with strong communication and relationship-building abilities, making her a natural fit for her new role.

Robin Hackett, Chief Operations Officer of First Service Bank, expressed her excitement about Destiny's addition to the team, saying, "we are thrilled to welcome Destiny Lankford to First Service Bank. Her extensive experience in the banking industry and her dedication to serving our community make her a perfect fit for our organization. Destiny's passion for building relationships and her commitment to exceptional customer service align with our core values, and we look forward to seeing her contribute to our continued growth and success."

Destiny Lankford, a native of Little Rock, currently resides in Conway with her husband, Daniel, and their three sons, Dyson, Denver, and Decker. She humorously describes her household as a "frat house" but expresses her deep love for her family and the joy they bring into her life.

In addition to her professional achievements, Destiny is actively involved in the community. She serves on the United Way board and the Faulkner County Homebuilder Association board, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community that she calls home. Destiny and her family are also members of New Life Church.

In her new role as Business Development Officer, Destiny will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities to enhance business relations for First Service Bank. She will actively participate in community events, providing insights into what First Service Bank has to offer while continuing to serve the community and the city of Conway.

When asked about her new position, Destiny shared her excitement, saying, "I am thrilled to join First Service Bank and contribute to its mission of providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships within our community. I look forward to helping the bank grow and flourish while also continuing to assist my mortgage customers with their needs. Serving others and building relationships has always been my primary focus, and I'm grateful to work for a company that supports me in this endeavor."

Destiny's enthusiasm and dedication to her profession and community make her a valuable First Service Bank team addition. We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly make.
