Tanya Kennon began her journey with First Service Bank as a Bookkeeper, and through her hard work, commitment, and continuous growth, she has steadily climbed the ranks within the organization. She previously held the role of Staff Accountant II, where she played a critical role in handling financials and regulatory reporting. Now, as Accounting Manager, Tanya will lead a team in overseeing these vital aspects of the bank's operations.

Tanya Kennon, who holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, has been an integral part of the First Service Bank family. Her favorite aspect of working at FSB is the family-like environment and its proximity to her home in Greenbrier/McGintytown. She is married to Marcus and is the proud mother of two sons, Cody (19) and Brandon (26), a grandson, Grayson (5) as well as three dogs, Bella, Dixie, and Uzi.
In her new role, Tanya sees opportunities to be more involved from a managerial perspective. She is committed to assisting upper management and co-workers as the bank grows. Additionally, she recognizes the value of First Service Bank's personal touch in customer service, emphasizing that the bank gives people a place to bank where a person actually answers the phone.
Furthermore, Tanya is excited about First Service Bank's commitment to making a positive impact in the community. She applauds the bank's efforts in supporting veterans in the communities it serves through its program ORWB (Operation Red, White and Brave), which aims to provide valuable opportunities to veterans. Tanya and her husband spend countless hours working with the foundation.
