First Service Bank Appoints Jessica Baltodano as BSA Officer

GREENBRIER, AR – First Service Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Baltodano to the position of BSA Officer. Jessica brings over 9 years of experience in the banking industry and a strong commitment to compliance and financial crime prevention to her new role.

Jessica Baltodano's career at First Service Bank began over a year ago when she joined as the Assistant BSA Officer. In her previous role, she demonstrated her dedication to compliance and ability to contribute effectively to the bank's efforts to prevent financial crimes.

Jessica will take on a crucial leadership role in the bank's compliance efforts in her new role as BSA Officer. She will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure First Service Bank complies with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations. This includes conducting risk assessments and adhering to applicable reporting requirements to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing.

Jessica Baltodano, originally from Southern California, currently resides in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with her eight-year-old son, Grayson. She holds a professional certification from the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) as a Certified BSA/AML professional (CBAP).

In her new position, Jessica is excited about the expansion of the BSA department and the opportunity to play an integral role in its growth. Regarding opportunities in her new role, Jessica emphasized, "This position creates opportunities for me to educate and protect our customers in local communities by promoting awareness of illicit or fraudulent practices that could impact people in their everyday lives."

Jessica also highlighted First Service Bank's commitment to community impact, particularly through allocating resources and personnel to community-based events. She has had the privilege of volunteering for several of these events.
