Jessica Baltodano's career at First Service Bank began over a year ago when she joined as the Assistant BSA Officer. In her previous role, she demonstrated her dedication to compliance and ability to contribute effectively to the bank's efforts to prevent financial crimes.
Jessica will take on a crucial leadership role in the bank's compliance efforts in her new role as BSA Officer. She will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure First Service Bank complies with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations. This includes conducting risk assessments and adhering to applicable reporting requirements to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing.

Jessica Baltodano, originally from Southern California, currently resides in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with her eight-year-old son, Grayson. She holds a professional certification from the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) as a Certified BSA/AML professional (CBAP).
