First Service Bank is proud to announce the appointment of Brittany Witham as Vice President of Retail Operations. With eight years of dedicated service to the bank, Brittany Witham has excelled in various roles and is now set to take on an even more significant leadership position.

Brittany Witham's journey at First Service Bank began as a Universal Banker, and she steadily climbed the ranks, serving as a Lead Universal Banker and an Assistant Branch Manager along the way. As the Greenbrier Branch Manager and Loan Officer, Brittany developed strong relationships with customers and the community, ensuring that the branch operated smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

In her new role as VP of Retail Operations, Brittany will play a pivotal part in overseeing the bank's branch operations on a larger scale. Her responsibilities will extend to providing guidance and support to branch managers and employees while also assisting the Administration team.

Brittany's tenure at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her 14-year career in banking have honed her skills and expertise, making her the perfect fit for this role.
