First Service Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Brayden Salmon as the new Branch Manager and Loan Officer at our Greenbrier location. With a background in banking and management and a deep commitment to community involvement, Brayden is well-suited for his expanded role within our organization.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) with a degree in Business Administration, Brayden has three years of experience in the banking industry, having previously served as a Loan Officer and Business Development Officer at First Service Bank as well as a former
Universal Banker. In his previous roles, Brayden exhibited a strong dedication to serving customers and fostering relationships within the community. 

In his new capacity as Branch Manager and Loan Officer, Brayden will continue to work to provide exceptional service to customers and cultivate meaningful relationships within the community. Additionally, he will play a crucial role in representing First Service Bank at various community events. One of his primary responsibilities will be to assist his team members in their professional growth, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in banking.

When asked about his favorite aspect of working at First Service Bank, Brayden remarked, "The family atmosphere around the bank as a whole is my favorite part of working here. How First Service Bank and coworkers take care of one another not only at work but outside of work during personal matters says a lot to me."

Regarding his new role, Brayden added, "My favorite thing about my new position is being involved more with operations. Working with people more, whether it be with the team directly or customers, is something I look forward to, and I hope to continue to grow relationships in that way."

As Branch Manager and Loan Officer, Brayden sees a wealth of opportunities ahead. He noted, "I will have the opportunity to provide more services for coworkers, customers, and the surrounding communities."

Brayden also emphasized the importance of community impact, saying, "First Service Bank impacts all of the surrounding communities our branches are located in. This aspect and the family atmosphere are the two things that stand out the most to me about First Service. I look forward to expanding our community involvement by using my previous work experience in different industries before banking."
