Laura Stumbaugh Promoted to Greenbrier Assistant Branch Manager at First Service Bank

First Service Bank is delighted to announce the promotion of Laura Stumbaugh to the position of Greenbrier Assistant Branch Manager. With her extensive experience in banking and dedication to community involvement, Laura is well-prepared to excel in her new role.

Laura Stumbaugh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position, having previously served as a Universal Banker, where she conducted transactions and opened accounts. With over eight years of experience in the industry, Laura has consistently demonstrated her commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.

On January 25th, Laura will celebrate her third anniversary with First Service Bank. During her tenure, she has also excelled in the role of Universal Banker, contributing to the bank's success.

As the Greenbrier Assistant Branch Manager, Laura's new responsibilities include assisting the Branch Manager, supporting Universal Bankers, working as a liaison to all departments of the bank, and actively participating in lending activities.

Laura’s commitment to growing the Greenbrier community is strong.  Laura and her husband, Zach, reside in Greenbrier along with their two children, Cate and Ava.  She grew up in Hector, Arkansas, and attended the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) for her education.

One of Laura's favorite aspects of working at First Service Bank is the bank's unique culture. She stated, "The culture of FSB is second to none. FSB knows that if employees are happy, then they will want to perform better, and in doing so, we help our customers more effectively. FSB is constantly keeping us engaged with exciting events and incentives."

Speaking about her new position, Laura expressed her enthusiasm, saying, "I can continue working with my current co-workers and also collaborate with all branches of the bank in a more in-depth way. I'm also SUPER excited about lending."

Laura also emphasized the opportunities that lie ahead in her new role, stating, "Whenever I first started in banking, one of my goals was to be a lender. In this role, I will be able to reach that goal. This opportunity allows me to grow and expand my knowledge in banking."
