First Service Bank Welcomes Holly Splawn as Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

First Service Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Holly Splawn to their team as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. With eight years of banking experience and a commitment to hard work, Holly is well-suited to support the bank's mission of providing excellent customer service and community involvement.

Holly Splawn brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously served as a Mortgage Loan Originator with Magnolia Bank. Her background in the financial industry and dedication to her work have prepared her for the responsibilities of supporting the Chief Financial Officer in government-guaranteed lending, accounting, and compliance.

A native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Holly currently resides in Wooster with her husband, celebrating 18 years of marriage, and their 12-year-old son.

Holly has practical administrative experience that has honed her skills and work ethic. She is passionate about being part of a dynamic and hardworking environment, stating, "I was interested in banking because it was a good match for my hard-working and highly ambitious nature. I have always enjoyed pushing myself and being part of an environment that celebrates hard work. Being surrounded by intelligent, driven peers also inspires me to do my best work."

When asked about her decision to join First Service Bank, Holly explained, "I chose to become an executive assistant because I thought my skill set would be a great fit for the position. I enjoy organizing, setting up events or meetings, and aiding those who need my help. I also knew I could learn many things by becoming an executive assistant because each day is different as new challenges present themselves. First Service Bank and their commitment to excellent customer service and community involvement was the perfect environment for me to continue my career."

Holly is excited about the opportunities her new role presents. "Working with a variety of different personalities and building relationships with different people, feeling like I am part of something bigger, and making someone’s life run more smoothly and efficiently," she noted when asked about her aspirations.

Julie Chambers, Chief Financial Officer of First Service Bank, expressed her enthusiasm for Holly's addition to the team, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome Holly Splawn as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. Her strong work ethic, organizational skills, and dedication to our bank's values make her a valuable asset. We look forward to her contributions as we continue to serve our customers and communities."

First Service Bank is confident that Holly Splawn's commitment to excellence and her dedication to the role will further enhance the bank's mission and reinforce its position as a trusted financial partner in the community.
