In her previous role at First Service Bank as a Customer Care Specialist and part-time video teller at the Care Center, Angela demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment makes her well-suited for her new position as Executive Assistant.
Angela's extensive work experience spans 24 years, with the last 17 years dedicated to Acxiom, where she served in the Facilities Group as a Senior Facilities Planner. In this role, she managed facility interiors and played a crucial role in construction and remodeling projects across various locations within the company. Angela's expertise in facility management and project coordination will undoubtedly benefit First Service Bank as she steps into her new role.
As Executive Assistant, Angela will provide vital support to the Chief Operating Officer, acting as a liaison between the COO and various departments within First Service Bank, including Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Mortgage, and Project Management. Additionally, she will collaborate with bank leaders and construction vendors to manage projects, reports, and facility needs, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
