Charlie's journey in the banking sector began ten years ago, starting as a teller and progressively advancing through various roles, including operations supervisor and Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC Specialist. Charlie developed a keen interest in fraud prevention and mitigation, mastering the intricacies of check processing and fraud detection. Her dedication to combating financial crimes led her to specialize in anti-money laundering practices, culminating in her certification as a 'Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.'

In her new role at First Service Bank, Charlie will serve as a vital liaison for our branches, offering expertise and guidance on fraud-related inquiries. She will be responsible for researching and analyzing suspicious activities, monitoring accounts for compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) regulations, and ensuring timely completion of necessary reports and reviews.
