First Service Bank is delighted to announce the return of Emily Hillian as the new Commercial Loan Officer and Business Development Officer. Emily re-joins First Service Bank, bringing back her extensive experience and passion for community engagement and customer service.
Emily previously worked for Faulkner County Title as an Escrow Officer, leading buyers, sellers, and borrowers through the closing process. "In my previous role, I was privileged to guide individuals through some of their most significant financial decisions. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of customer service and clear communication," Emily shares.
Born in Beebe, AR, and currently residing in Greenbrier, AR, Emily graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. She is married to Daniel Hillian, and they celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary in May. They have two children, Cooper (8) and Campbell (4).
Emily's journey into the banking industry began in 2020 during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. "I took a leap of faith into banking, looking for a role that would challenge me and allow me to grow. I've since found immense fulfillment in helping people achieve their financial goals," Emily reflects.
In her new role at First Service Bank, Emily will assist individuals and businesses in obtaining financing while also actively engaging with the community to understand and meet their needs. "Meeting people where they are is essential," Emily emphasizes.
Robin Hackett, Chief Operations Officer at First Service Bank, expressed enthusiasm about Emily’s return: "We are thrilled to welcome Emily Hillian back to our team. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will undoubtedly make in our community."
Emily is particularly excited about her new role's potential to serve the community. "I'm excited to help people start their new businesses or take the next step in scaling up. My goal is to make banking less overwhelming and to help customers feel confident and supported every step of the way."
